Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the puncture repair services provided by The Tyre Connect ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Services Offered
1.1 Puncture Repair Services
We provide mobile puncture repair services for vehicles within London and the surrounding areas. Our service includes a technician traveling to your specified location and performing a puncture repair for your vehicle's tyre/s.
1.2 Service Scope
Our puncture repair service is strictly limited to addressing punctured tyres. We do not provide emergency roadside assistance, towing, or other vehicle repairs. Upon assessing your tyre’s condition, if a puncture can be successfully repaired, the full service charge will apply. If the repair cannot be performed due to factors such as excessive tyre damage, the puncture being too large or located in a non-repairable area, or if there’s underlying damage that makes it unsafe to fix, only the attendance charge will apply. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.
2. Booking and Pricing
2.1 Booking Acceptance
All bookings are subject to acceptance by The Tyre Connect. Once you complete a booking through our website or via WhatsApp, we will send you a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to incorrect information or schedule conflicts.
2.2 Pricing
Our puncture repair service is priced at £55, with no hidden fees or extra charges. You will only be charged the full amount if the puncture repair is successful.
2.3 Fair Pay Policy
If we are unable to repair a puncture due to factors such as excessive tyre damage, the puncture being too large or located in a non-repairable area, or if there is underlying damage that makes it unsafe to fix, you will only be charged a small attendance fee to cover our time and travel costs. However, if our technician successfully repairs the puncture, you are required to pay the full service fee. Please note that once a repair is deemed successful, we are not liable for any new punctures or damage that may occur after our service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate contact details and vehicle information at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of the service.
3.2 Availability
Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed location during the service window. If our technician arrives and the customer is not available, the service will be cancelled, and a small attendance fee will apply.
4. Service Success Criteria
4.1 Definition of Success
A successful puncture repair is defined as any instance where our technician repairs the puncture in the tyre, ensuring it is safe for continued use, and where no air leaks or escapes from the tyre while our technician is present.
4.2 Repair Limitations
If the repair cannot be performed due to factors such as excessive tyre damage, the puncture being too large or located in a non-repairable area, or if there’s underlying damage to the tyre that makes it unsafe to fix, only the attendance charge will apply. We may advise you on further steps, but this is not part of our service.
5. Liability and Warranty
5.1 Service Limitations
The Tyre Connect is not responsible for any underlying tyre or vehicle issues that prevent the puncture repair from being successful. We offer no warranty or guarantee beyond the immediate puncture repair attempt. Once a repair is deemed successful, we are not liable for any new punctures or damage that may occur after our service.
5.2 No Additional Repair Coverage
We do not cover any repairs, parts replacement, or other vehicle issues that extend beyond the puncture repair service. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified mechanic for further repairs if necessary.
5.3 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Tyre Connect from any claims arising from the use of our service. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or complications to your vehicle following a successful or unsuccessful puncture repair.
6. Refunds
6.1 Unsuccessful Service
If the service is deemed unsuccessful (i.e., your puncture cannot be repaired due to factors such as excessive tyre damage, the puncture being too large, located in a non-repairable area, or if there’s underlying damage making it unsafe to fix), only a small attendance fee will be charged. The attendance fee is non-refundable, and no additional service fees will apply.
6.2 Successful Service
Once the service is deemed successful, as defined in Section 4.1, and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued. Any subsequent punctures or damage occurring after our service are not covered by refunds.
7. Customer Communications

We offer communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp. For any questions or concerns, you can reach us at our provided contact details. We strive to respond to all inquiries promptly.
7.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. This message will include details of your booking and any relevant instructions for the service.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
8.1 Content Ownership
All content created by or for The Tyre Connect on this website—including but not limited to text, original images, graphics, and materials—is the exclusive property of The Tyre Connect. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without the express written consent of The Tyre Connect.
8.2 Third-Party Content
The Tyre Connect website may feature content, logos, or images owned by third parties. Such third-party content is used with permission where required or is utilized for identification and informational purposes in accordance with fair dealing principles under UK law. The Tyre Connect does not claim ownership of this third-party content and fully acknowledges the intellectual property rights of the respective owners.
8.3 Copyright Infringement and Content Removal
The Tyre Connect respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from users of our website. To submit a claim of copyright infringement, please provide the following information:
A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the legal owner of the intellectual property in question or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice of infringement, The Tyre Connect will review the claim and respond within 10 business days, taking appropriate action as necessary, including the removal of the infringing material from our website.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Service Disruption
The Tyre Connect shall not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, traffic delays, or other unforeseen incidents.
In the event of a force majeure, The Tyre Connect reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases, and any prepaid fees will be refunded if the service cannot be rescheduled.

The Tyre Connect reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
